Warranty and Return Policy

One Year Warranty

Ballatsu comes with a one (1) year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase, for repair or replacement upon inspection.

All products to be returned freight prepaid. Repaired or replaced products will be shipped to the customer prepaid.

Thirty Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of the date of purchase, you may return your Ballatsu and receive a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and handling will not be refunded) subject to a Return Authorization (“RMA”). All products must be returned in new condition with original packaging.

All products to be returned freight prepaid.

Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

An RMA # must be obtained for all returns.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or alterations.

Warranty does not cover use of the Ballatsu other than its original intended use.
